At Heard Studios, we treat every garment with the care it deserves. Each piece is individually inspected, carefully wrapped, and dispatched from our studio in India to reach you anywhere in the world.
Processing Time
Every piece at Heard Studios is handmade personally on order. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you within 24 hours with your tracking details and all further shipping information.
Please note that processing times may extend during collection launches or promotional periods.

We partner with DHL Express to ensure your pieces arrive safely and efficiently.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We provide Normal and Express shipping, calculated at checkout.
We will reach out after your order is placed with all delivery information specific to your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will reach out with your DHL tracking number and all the information you need to follow your shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, please note:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost
- We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding potential charges before placing your order.
- Heard Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
We declare all items at their full purchase value as required by law.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Box addresses (DHL Express requires a physical delivery address)
- Regions with ongoing shipping restrictions or embargoes

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at tarishtrivedi@heardstudios.com. We will do our best to update your information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- For damaged items, please include photographs of the packaging and product
- We will work with DHL to file a claim and resolve the issue
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.
